⦁ What does DB Online do to ensure the quality and safety of it’s products?

The safety and well-being of our consumers is top priority. All of our products are independently tested and meet or exceed the safety standards for our industry. 

⦁ When will my order ship?

We work closely with all major courier services to make sure your orders are delivered on time. Our products usually ship within 3-5 BUSINESS days (this does not include weekends), however, at certain times of the year, there may be additional wait times. We will always do our best to communicate this with you in advance and make sure you're happy with the delivery timeframes. If for whatever reason you're unhappy or have concerns, we're happy to help and can be reached by email, direct message or phone.

 What is your returns policy?

We stand behind the quality of our products which is why we offer a 'hassle free', 'no questions asked' returns policy. If you're unhappy with your purchase and it's unused, we'll happily offer a 100% refund.
